How do we find suitable candidates for our clients?
We advertise regularly on Internet, print and various media outlets. Throughout time, we’ve also implemented and had great success with referrals from both clients and candidates. We understand the need to take a proactive approach to securing talent and to this end we engage in search activities to find what we are looking for.
We do not charge our clients for advertising costs that are incurred in the servicing of your needs. We remain proactive and will advise when suitable candidates are sourced. This ensures that you will have people ready to work at short notice that fit your criteria.
Now more than ever we understand that to secure talent in the market place we need to be determined and vigilant in our approach to getting only the best candidates in our doors. The screening process is a vital ingredient in making this happen and we have staff solely responsible for this part of our selection process.
Consulting staff are trained never to put pressure on a candidate to take a role offered to them, temporary or permanent. We always recruit for the long term, not the short term. It is vital that we remain true to our ethos “it’s just as important for the candidate to want the client as it is for client to want the candidate.”
