Jane Devereux: Managing Director, Devereux Recruitment Group                                                 

Jane has a strong background in training and teaching, and has been in recruitment since 1990 when she first began her career in personnel. After moving from her position as Manager of a city based recruitment agency, Jane established Temporarily Yours/Permanently Yours in 1997 born from her passion for the placement of people and her commitment to providing a high quality service to companies.

She is proud to operate a wholly Australian owned company that has a proven background in providing quality recruitment support to companies in Melbourne and Sydney.

During her last 13 years as Managing Director of the agency, Jane has managed and been directly involved in the servicing of many large corporate accounts. She is an active member of the RCSA attending seminars and keeping up to date with industry changes. Through her involvement in Executive groups and as member for the committee of the Defence Reserves Support Council Jane will bring a high level of expertise and professionalism in the provision of Recruitment Services to you.

Catherine Fantin: Manager, General Manager Client Services - MP Staff

Catherine has been a key member of The Devereux Recruitment Group for some years. She is now the General Manager / Client Services for MP Staff. Catherine possesses an outstanding ability to communicate with people on all levels and her warm and friendly approach always puts candidates at ease. There is nothing Catherine is not across and our clients find she can answer any query. She is totally committed to our candidates and clients and has proven she is an exceptional people person who has an excellent rapport with all of the people we deal with. Clients always comment on her "can do" attitude and she certainly embraces our motto "a passion for people" Catherine leads the medical division of the Devereux Group MP staff and provides ongoing support to clients and candidates alike. She is able to offer assistance on any stage of the recruitment process and displays an excellent working knowledge of medical administration support you may be requiring. Catherine has significant experience including running her own firm for many years and has been in the recruitment industry for over a decade, dealing and working with people at all levels. We love that she has the maturity and experience to handle all issues that come up on a day to day basis.

Jade Lawton: Consultant -  General Manager Client Services

Jade started with Devereux Recruit,emnt Group as a Client Account Manager and quickly moved into the General Manager Client Services role as Jane Devereux identified that Jade was ideal to look after our valuable clients and candidates and she has certainly made her mark in the company.

Jade oversees all areas of the business including payroll and finance as well as interviewing and account management. She has a can do attitude and a great ability to select excellent candidates through her own strong background working as an EA in the communication sector.

Jade is the ultimate organiser, meaning that our candidates and clients receive the most prompt and efficient services we can provide! We see her as the "Queen" in candidate care, following up our quality candidates, placing them in appropriate roles, and promoting them to our clients who will benefit from their specific skills and expertise.
